Axton Robotics – Return Policy
1. Overview
Axton Robotics is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which products purchased through Axton Robotics may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
2. Eligibility
Standard catalog products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom-engineered automation systems, custom-machined parts, and made-to-order components are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or do not meet the agreed specifications.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as specified, customers must notify Axton Robotics within 7 days of delivery. Photographs and a written description of the issue may be requested to evaluate the claim.
4. Return Process
All returns must be authorized by Axton Robotics in advance. Customers should contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any item back. Returns received without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or a Axton Robotics error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Restocking fees may apply to large or specialty items.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges for an alternative product are available subject to stock and compatibility. Any difference in price will be invoiced or refunded accordingly.
